Small Business Bonus Scheme

Certain tenants may benefit from a reduction in rates via the Small Business Bonus Scheme. Rates paid direct to Aberdeenshire Council shall be then deducted/excluded from monthly rental. Depending on the combined rateable value of all business premises in Scotland tenants may qualify for up to 100% discount on rates.
